Welcome to Leyden Family Services. Thank you for visiting our website. Whether you are inquiring into our services for yourself, a loved one, or someone else you care about, we extend our appreciation for your interest and time. During your journey, you may discover new roads on which to embark. 

Leyden Family Services provides a variety of counseling, treatment, and preventative services for children, adolescents, adults, senior citizens, and families. Furthermore, our services extend to people with many different types of needs. We support people who are suffering from temporary disruptions in their lives due to life changes, stresses, and traumas. We treat individuals with alcohol, substance abuse, and/or gambling problems.  Our staff serves clients with serious and persistent mental illness as well as those having difficulties associated with aging. Leyden Family Services also provides community education targeted toward life enhancement.

We are dedicated to supporting people in achieving or resuming their maximum level of independence, productivity, and quality of life. We believe that working together with individuals, families, professionals and communities is the key to providing our services effectively. We support each individual's right to confidentiality and to receiving services in a non-judgmental setting.

Please don't avoid seeking our services for fear of an inability to pay. You may be eligible for a discounted fee which will be evaluated at the time of your first appointment. For further information call any of our offices.

At this location, we provide extensive mental health and psychotherapy services for children, adolescents, adults and seniors. This includes crisis intervention and psychiatric  treatment for clients with serious and persistent mental illness. Counseling and treatment for those affected by drug abuse and alcoholism are also offered on an outpatient basis.

This is our facility that houses our SHARE Program. SHARE is a residential inpatient detoxification and rehabilitative treatment program for male and female adults, 18 years of age and over, who are suffering from the disease of addiction. Also housed at SHARE is a specialized addiction treatment program for women called FACT. We further offer a continuum of outpatient programs including Intensive Outpatient, Outpatient, and DUI Services.

Education and treatment for problem gambling is also available at the SHARE facility. Individualized treatment for the compulsive gambler is designed to meet their specific needs.

Our Aftercare facility provides a variety of mental health and psychotherapy services for adults with serious and persistent mental illness. .
